Cavia is an upcycling and eco-friendly clothing brand, founded and made in Italy since 2020.  Cavia believe that our world is full of things we produced in past, that we must transform with our creativity. Their mission is to not produce anything from zero. Each reworked item they produce is a-one-of-a-kind experimentation created with vintage items, excess of production yarn and sustainable fabrics. 

Cavia believe that clothing has no seasons and gender, and love to take time to create collections. Work as made to order to minimise overproduction, every piece is individually assembled by hand by local seamstresses and knitters. The knitwear is handmade with up-cycled excess yarns that create multi-color patterns, the patchwork items are hand-assembled with up-cycled vintage clothes, and all the embroidery details in the collection are hand-made crochet. Every piece is packed in an organic cotton and eco-friendly dust bag.
