PARO STORE is a curated marketplace bringing you the newest independent brands that are designing and producing products which are better for people and the planet. That's what we think good design is all about. We want to help more people discover the small emerging brands that are driving the fashion industry to a more sustainable future.

PARO is an online marketplace. This means all of our brands fulfil, ship and stock all of their own products. We’re the platform that helps them reach great people like you. We are your one stop shop to discover these great brands, and are here for any questions before, during and after your order. 

All of our brands ship your order themselves. We’re working on getting a flat shipping rate across all of our brands. But for right now shipping cost are dependent on the brand and will be calculated at checkout.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once it's shipped.

If you are ordering from multiple brands you will receive separate packages, tracking numbers and pay shipping costs from each brand at checkout.

Most of our brands ship worldwide, if they don’t it’ll be noted on the product page shipping policy.

With all orders outside the EU customers may be subject to import duties, customs taxes/duties and/or brokerage fees.

UNITED KINGDOM - From 01/01/2021, there may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout when shipping to between the EU and UK. PARO brands do not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges for these orders. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. VAT is charged at 0% on EU sales at checkout. If you have any questions on tis please contact whatsup@parostore.com

We hope you never need to look at this section but if you’re reading this, please submit your return request via our portal returns.parostore.com. There you can follow the steps and we'll send you all the info you need.

All products must be in the exact same condition as they were received in, we do have the right not to accept damaged goods. You'll be notified when the return is accepted, and we will refund you within 1 - 7 days. 

Remember all of our brands are scattered across Europe and you will be responsible for your own shipping costs of returns. We also highly recommend getting a tracking number for a return as we won't be able to refund any products until the brand receives them.

If you receive a product that is damaged, not like what it appeared or you want to exchange it please email us at returns@parostore.com and we will work with the brands to replace or refund your product. 

Hold tight! As we’re a marketplace, if you’ve ordered from separate brands they’ll be coming in separate packages. You should receive a tracking number within 48hrs of placing your order (unless they are made to order which will be detailed on the product page), if you haven’t email us at whatsup@parostore.com

You should receive a confirmation email as soon as your order goes through. Depending on the product and brand, the shipping and fulfilment times may vary. Some of our brands make to order, so shipping will take a bit longer. All this is detailed on the product page under the shipping tab.

Every product (where relevant) has the brands size charts on the product page under “SIZE GUIDE”. If you would like more info on sizing of a specific product you can email us directly at whatsup@parostore.com. Please put the name of the product + SIZE as the email subject.

No problem, send us an email to whatsup@parostore.com with your order confirmation number in the subject ASAP and we’ll look into it for you.
