Who/What is PARO?

PARO STORE is a curated marketplace that brings you the newest independent brands that are designing and producing products that are better for people and the planet. That's what we think good design is all about. We want to help more people discover the small emerging brands that are driving the fashion industry to a more sustainable future. 

Shop, Read and Learn on PARO and meet our wonderful Brands. We hope you enjoy our PARO world as much as we enjoyed creating it. 

How Does PARO Work?

PARO is an online marketplace. This means all of our brands fulfill, ship and stock all of their own products. We’re the platform that helps them reach great people like you. We are your one stop shop to discover these great brands, and for any questions before, during and after your order. 

How does shipping work?

As all of our products are shipped directly from the brands, shipping cost vary per brand which will be calculated for you at checkout. Once you place an order you’ll receive a confirmation email, and when the brand ships your order you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

If you are ordering from more than one brand, you’ll get separate packages, tracking numbers and pay shipping costs from each brand  at checkout.

I’m outside of the EU -  will I have to pay more?

Most of our brands ship worldwide, if they don’t it’ll be noted on their shipping policy. With all orders outside the EU customers may be subject to import duties, customs taxes/duties and/or brokerage fees.

What about returns?

We hope you never need to look at this section but if you’re reading this all return request go via our portal returns.parostore.com. There you can follow the steps and we'll send you all the info you need to return the pieces back to the brands. All products must be in the exact same condition as they were shipped out in, we do have the right not to accept damaged goods. You'll be notified when the return is accepted and we will refunded you within 1 - 7 days. 

Remember all of our brands are scattered across Europe and you will be responsible for your own shipping costs of returns. We also highly recommend  you get a tracking number for a return as we won't be able to refund any products until the brand receives them.

And exchanges or faulty items?

If you receive a product that is damaged, not like what it appeared or you want to exchange it please email us at returns@parostore.com and we will work with the brands to replace or refund your product. 

I’ve only received half my order..

Hold tight! As we’re a marketplace, if you’ve ordered from separate brands they’ll be coming in separate packages. You should receive a tracking number within 48hrs of placing your order (unless they are made to order which will be detailed on the product page), if you haven’t email us at whatsup@parostore.com asap!

I haven’t heard anything about my order yet, did you definitely get it?

You should receive a confirmation email as soon as your order goes through. Depending on the product and brand, the shipping and fulfilment times may vary. Some of our brands make to order, so shipping will take a bit longer. All this is detailed on the product page under the shipping tab.

Is there more sizing info?

Every product (where relevant) has the brands size charts on the product page under “SIZE GUIDE”. If you would like more info on sizing of a specific product you can email us directly, please put the name of the product + SIZE as the email subject.

I accidentally made a typo on my order, how do I fix it?

No problem, send us an email to whatsup@parostore.com with your order confirmation number in the subject ASAP and we’ll look into it for you.

How does setting up an account help me?

Setting up an account will help you keep track of all of your orders as well as remember all of your details for your next purchase. We’ll also be able to keep you up to date with ALL of our latest news (and special offers…).

IDEAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, GOOGLE PAY, APPLE PAY
