REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We hope that you are 100% happy with your new items and never have to read this section. But life isn’t always perfect. If you want to return or exchange an item please log your return at returns.parostore.com, within 14 days of receiving your order. Follow the steps and you'll receive the details of where to send the product back to. Please note you're sending back directly to the brand, not PARO STORE.
We will do our best to help you through the process, but unfortunately brands cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee.
Products must be returned unworn and in the same condition as it was received, with all original tags attached, otherwise it won't be accepted. We highly recommend you keep proof of postage /tracking numbers as refunds cannot be submitted until the product is received.
Please note that some of our jewellery and Underwear brands do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons. All information is available on the product page under the shipping tab.
A refund will be issued once the merchandise has been received by the brand and undergone a quality control check. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1 - 7 days.

If a product you receive is faulty, or not as appeared on the website please alert us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the product. We’ll work with the brand to make sure you get a replacement or refund asap.
