REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you are 100% happy with your new items and never have to read this section. But life isn’t always perfect. If you want to return or exchange an item please email us at returns@parostore.com, within 14 days of receiving your order, with order number and reason for return. We will then let you know the details to send your order back to the brand.

Please be aware that some brands, like Céu Label, do not accept returns, only exchanges.

We will do our best to help you through the process, note that brands cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee.

REQUIREMENTS

Products must be returned unworn and in the same condition as it was received, with all original tags attached, otherwise it won't be accepted. We highly recommend you keep proof of postage /tracking numbers as refunds cannot be submitted until the product is received.

Please note that some of our jewellery and Underwear brands do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons. All information is available on the product page under the shipping tab.

REFUND

A refund will be issued once the merchandise has been received by the brand and undergone a quality control check. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1 -  7 days.

FAULTY ITEMS

If a product you receive is faulty, or not as appeared on the website please alert us at returns@parostore.com within 3 days of receiving the product. We’ll work with the brand to make sure you get a replacement or refund asap.
