ANDEL is a clothing brand cooperative established in 2021 by Oscar Miles, Peter Dupont and Weronika Banas. Coming from different areas of the industry they have establishede a creative alliance which aims to produce collectable pieces which have minimal environmental impact.

“Sustainability” and “ethical” are ubiquitous words right now. But at ANDEL, they're putting these words into practice by creating new solutions to longstanding problems in fashion production. As well as repurposing existing fabrics, ANDEL have developed a material which uses only by-products and are in the process of establishing a lab to continue their research and innovation.

ANDEL operate under a democratic cooperative structure, with equal ownership of the company as a whole and the fair distribution of profit. Each employee has one share and one vote. Their aim is to continue to scale this model to ultimately include all involved in the production process.
