PARO STORE is is shifting to a content platform and brand directory. We've decided to pause our direct sales operations to focus on showcasing brands that are making a positive impact on the industry.
Our website will focus on being an open platform dedicated to discovering and learning about innovative brands. Instead of a traditional shop page. You can still click through to the brands online shop via there brand page.
We still hold stock of a few pieces, currently ATMOS, which you can purchase directly.
We currently a curated selection of products out of Sydney and Amsterdam. These are available on the IN Stock menu of the website.
All relevant shipping charges are listed on the product page and at checkout.
We hope you never need to look at this section but if you’re reading this, please submit your return request to whatsup@parostore.com. We'll then send you the confirmed shipping address to return your order.
All products must be in the exact same condition as they were received in, we do have the right not to accept damaged goods. You'll be notified when the return is accepted, and we will refund you within 1 - 7 days.
If you receive a product that is damaged, not like what it appeared or you want to exchange it please email us at whatsup@parostore.com and we will work with the brands to replace or refund your product.
