Australian-born, Copenhagen-based designer Damai of Peaceful Niece began creating her bags on a trip home, inspired by her family ties. Peaceful Niece bags are created for anyone who likes to be practical and glam. Made with paracord from recycled PET bottles, Tante bags are durable, sustainably minded and fun.

Each bag is lovingly handmade at home in Melbourne or Copenhagen, through a process of knotting. The focus from the top of the bag to the final ties at the bottom is a process that Damai enjoys, and she hopes you will enjoy using your Tante bags, as much as she enjoyed making them.

Tante bags come in two sizes; small and medium, 3 thicknesses of paracord; 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, and a rainbow of colours you can choose from. Your Tante bag will be hand made, just for you.
