DELIVERY
VIRON WORLD is based in Paris, France and ship out from their warehouse in Portugal via UPS Standard and Express. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, once the order is shipped you’ll receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

ARE VAT/TAX AND DUTIES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
When ordering within EU, all additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price.
When ordering outside EU, all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties. Price also excludes costs for physical inspection at customs in countries where this is required. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
*For orders to the US Tax and duties are included in the given price for orders under $800. For orders above $800 VAT/tax and duties will be applied.
PARO operates as a marketplace which means each brand ships out their own products. So if you order from two different brands you’ll get two different parcels, tracking numbers and shipping costs which will be calculated at checkout.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
We hope you’re happy with your product, but if you aren’t please email us at returns@parostore.com within 14 days of order receipt to request a return or exchange.
Virón world does not cover shipping back for returned items, however they will cover shipping cost for exchanges.
Please make sure the product is returned in its original packaging with all labels still attached and it must be in the same condition it was received in. Items that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded. We highly encourage you to have a tracking number as we cannot take responsibility for any lost items.
Refunds will be made within 10 days to the original payment method used for order.
