RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
We hope you’re happy with your new order, but if you aren’t please send us an email at returns@parostore.com within 14 days of your order receipt. As soon as you notify us of a return we will share instructions for you to return to the appropriate address.
Please note to accept a return the product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and swing tickets still attached, any tote bag included sent back and it must be in the same condition it was received in. Items that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded.
Once your return is confirmed you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds will be made within 10 days to the original payment method used for order.
