DELIVERY
Nanna Graversen Ships all products out from Copenhagen, Denmark on working days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking.
PLEASE NOTE all of Nanna's pieces are made to order, each will have a total making time of up to 21 days. Below ETD are after dispatch.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges can be requested up to 14 days, please email us at whatsup@parostore.com with order number and reason for return.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and swing tickets still attached and it must be in the same condition it was received in. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 10 days to the original payment method used for order.
