In case of delay in delivery, the brand will inform you and continue to monitor the order. You may cancel the order if a delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and the delay is not due to you.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
We hope you’re happy with your product, but if you aren’t please visit our returns center at returns.parostore.com within 14 days of order receipt to request a return.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and swing tickets still attached and it must be in the same condition it was received in. Items that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 10 days to the original payment method used for order.
