Good Good Good ships internationally from Capetown, South Africa via DHL or Fedex. Orders take 1-2 days to get processed and are shipped once a week. Each order has a tracking number, which will be sent to you once shipped. Some Items are made to order and have a lead time of 6 weeks, please refer to product page for specific information.

When ordering outside of South Africa, all additional charges such as VAT /tax are not included in the price. Customs and import duties are charged by the receiving country and at the buyers cost. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit and do not accept returns/refunds orders.
PARO operates as a marketplace which means each brand ships out their own products. So if you order from two different brands you'll get two different parcels, tracking numbers and shipping costs which will be calculated at checkout.
We hope you're happy with your product, but if you aren't please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org for exchange information. Returns of Back-Order items are non-exchangeable & non-refundable, unless we have another buyer for the made-to-order item. We want you to enjoy your product and if you are not completely satisfied and there is a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace it or refund you with a store credit, as long as it has been returned within 28 days of purchase. Anything extending beyond this time frame will be up to our discretion. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are liable for postage/shipping fees when returning Good Good Good items. No exchange will be accepted on sale items.
