The reality of clothing production is that there will always be some items that don’t pass quality control due to small imperfections. However, being a zero-waste brand means embracing all our Tees as long as they are wearable; even the ones that are not ‘perfect’. For this reason we decided to put all our factory defaults up for sale, as they have lots of wear left in them. Naturally, once these Tees do reach the end of their life cycle, you can SWAP them for a 25% discount on a new purchase.
In the pictures you will see several examples of the types of imperfections that these products might have.

Care
- Gentle wash at 30ºC
- Do not bleach

When you don't want to wear this T-shirt anymore you can SWAP it in return for an immediate 25% discount on your new purchase. All you have to do is log into your account and select the SWAP option during checkout. Once we get it back we recycle it into a new Full Circle garment.

DELIVERY
FULL CIRCLE ships out of Amsterdam withing 2 business days of order. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. FULL CIRCLE is currently not shipping to the UK and not shipping anywhere outside of Europe.

PARO operates as a marketplace which means each brand ships out their own products. So if you order from two different brands you'll get two different parcels, tracking numbers and shipping costs which will be calculated at checkout.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
We hope you're happy with your product, but if you aren't please visit our returns center at returns.parostore.com within 14 days of order receipt. Products must be returned in its original packaging with all labels still attached and it must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. We won't accept any returns that don't meet this criteria.
Customers will be responsible for their own shipping costs and we highly recommend you keep proof of postage/ tracking numbers as we can't refund orders until we receive the merchandise. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the brand receiving your order and the full amount of the item and will be credited back to the original payment method used at purchase.
