Clo Stories ship worldwide with MRW (SPAIN) / UPS (International). All orders leave the warehouse at 2:00 PM any working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed outside this time frame will be sent the next business day.

Clō stories offers full refunds on full-priced items within 14 days (including weekends) of order receipt for store credit, exchange, or the original form of payment.Exchanges are subject to availability. All goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition in original packaging along original receipt and tags. Clō stories reserves the right to refuse any returned item.

International orders must be returned within in 21 days (including weekends) for order receipt.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Sale items purchased with a Promo Code are final sale. Sale items marked as “final sale” may not be returned.
RETURNS
We hope you’re happy with your product, but if you aren’t please visit our returns center at returns.parostore.com within 14 days of order receipt to request a return. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and swing tickets still attached and it must be in the same condition it was received in. Items that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 10 days to the original payment method used for order.
