Ukraine-based SINOBI began in 2019 when Alexander and Shushan set out to create footwear that was stylish but healthy and sustainable at the same time. SINOBI believes that everything starts with ourselves. All pieces are made of 100% deadstock leather.

Premium and soft lambskin sourced from 100% deadstock leather.

• EVA (mostly recycled).

• Natural rubber.

• Water-based adhesive.

• All materials are lightweight. Pair is ~0.6kg (~1.3lbs)

DELIVERY

Sinobi is based out of the Ukraine, at the moment they cannot guarantee shipping as the country is in a state of emergency. If you would like to help support Ukraine in these trouble times please visit their Instagram.
Sinobi ship with DHL worldwide, delivery takes between 10-14 days and is €30 to all countries. 
Please not that as Sinobi is not based in the EU zone thus order within the EU may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and/or brokerage fees.
PARO operates as a marketplace which means each brand ships out their own products. So if you order from two different brands you’ll get two different parcels, tracking numbers and shipping costs which will be 
calculated at checkout.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

We hope you’re happy with your product, but if you aren’t please email returns@parostore.com within 14 days of order receipt to request a return.

Additionally, please send us the photos of your pair: front, back, sides, top view to whatsup@parostore.com

The SINOBI Team will review and confirm your email request within 3 days. We will send you the delivery address information. If your order was not shipped to you - we will issue a refund within 10 days after confirmation. If your order was delivered to you - we will issue a refund within 10 days when we receive your package back.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and swing tickets still attached and it must be in the same condition it was received in. Items that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made within 10 days to the original payment method used for order.
